Syzygy Consulting Group provides expertise in human resource management practices and programs. We specialize in Board of Director, executive and employee compensation and benefits, stock compensation plan design and development, incentive/commission plan design, merger and acquisition support, and labor market consulting and research for both private and public companies. Established in early 1995, Syzygy was founded on the following four principles:

We value alignment. Our goal is to assist our clients by tailoring our services to fit their individual needs. We employ straightforward solutions that make practical sense, and are successful when we help our clients achieve success.

We value excellence. We are committed to achieving excellence in everything we do. While the key to our success is offering valuable expertise and technical direction, we measure our success through client perceptions of our work quality and responsiveness. We offer value to our clients as evidenced by our high client referral rate.

We value integrity and ethics. We are honest with our clients, and commit only to those assignments where we can deliver results. We fulfill all commitments, on time and within budget, and align our fees with the services provided. We deliver results that companies can depend on.

We value giving. Syzygy's principals strongly believe that one receives in proportion to what one gives, and that success comes to those that are aligned with and responsive to the global community. Toward that end, each year Syzygy Consulting Group donates at least 10 percent of its annual net profits to nonprofit organizations.
