Syzygy Consulting Group has an immediate opening for a highly analytical professional to handle compensation and consulting assignments in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This job requires strong technical skills, with demonstrated comprehension of advanced application of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Assignments include labor market survey analyses, pay program design, private and public company stock plan development, and executive compensation studies.
This is a good role for an individual with several years of related experience that is looking for a modest base salary offset by comprehensive benefits and a significant upside opportunity based on client growth.
Alternatively, this is a good role for an entry-level individual whose primarily goal is to gain significant business experience and exposure to business executives in many fields.
In this role you will experience the professional services and human resources consulting industry, and assist in the overall aspects of human resources consulting in areas such as executive compensation, stock plan design, Board of Director pay and labor market research. Client requirements sometimes result in evening and weekend work, plus limited travel.

Requirements
- A Bachelors or Masters degree and some work experience.

BUSINESS ANALYST
Syzygy Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst to generate new business and maintain current client relationships. This is a part-time position that will support Syzygy’s lead qualification channel and assist full-time consultants with compensation analysis.
As Syzygy’s Business Analyst, you will conduct professional service discussions and provide information about Syzygy’s consulting capabilities via phone, mail and e-mail. The successful candidate will be able to work with the human resources and/or finance executives of companies ranging from small private technology companies to large public corporations to set meetings and facilitate sales opportunities for the firm’s principals and consultants.
You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in the professional services and human resources consulting industry and support the compensation consulting practice in areas such as executive compensation, stock plan design, Board of Director pay and labor market research.
This is an ideal job for a highly motivated part-time student or recent graduate looking to gain business experience. This job may also develop into a full-time position by assuming consulting assignments in addition to the business development role.
